There is a problem in Syracuse, NY. Old business is the only business. There are no new individuals with the passion and talent to give a fresh perspective to the Central New York area. Professional photography is one of these areas in which there have been no fresh faces until now. Jennie Bregande is an up and coming photographer who appears to have the potential to create some real change. Her pictures are sublime and her concepts are limitless. This is a true artist whose work is growing with every photograph she takes. We can only hope she continues on this path.
